REFUNDS/RETURNS

All Sales are Final; however, we will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Return request for defective products must be made within 3 days of delivery. A picture of the defective product must be sent to flair4five@gmail.com along with your name, email used for purchase and order number. If the item cannot be repaired with minimal effort by customer, another product (if in stock) or similar item (if approved by customer) will be shipped. Otherwise a store credit in the form of a gift card will be issued in the amount including tax and a coupon code for shipping expense will also be included.  

Flair 4 Five, LLC, at our discretion, will occasionaly offer exchange of merchandise. Additional shipping charges will be incured by the Customer, for both the return of the original item and the shipment of replacement. An invoice will be sent with applicable shipping charges to customer along with an Electronic (PDF) Shipping Label to be used. Additional Shipping Invoice MUST be paid in full prior to shipping label creation or electronic delivery to customer email on file for order.
